1. Business Consultant

Job Description & Requirements

  • Acquire, engage and prospect business owners using a variety of ways including cold calling, business networking, own warm networks.

  • To promote financial solutions such as Banking Facility, Insurance, Property (Buy, Sell, Rent), Accounting Services.

  • Bank Loan Facility includes business term loans, commercial property loans, refinancing + equity cashout, invoice financing, residential propery loan, personal loans and more.

  • Maintain rapport and cultivate long term professional relationships with clients.

  • Provide prudent financial solutions for clients thorough an understanding of their financial requirements and needs.

  • Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the company’s policies and internal processes.

  • Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.

Who We Are Looking For?

  • Sales driven position, self-motivated, willing to learn, resourceful, have initiative.

  • Analytical and attentive to details.

  • Not afraid to speak with client over the phone through cold calling.

  • Candidates with no working experience or looking for an Entry level plan to venture into Banking/ Financial Services are welcome to apply.

  • No minimum experience required; training will be provided.

Remuneration Package​

  • $4,000- $5,000 including commission a month - Permanent, Full-time

  • Up to $10,000 or more - Permanent, Full-time (Full commission package)

2. Sales Operations Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

  • Provide administrative support to sales and accounting department.

  • Date entry, maintain filing systems and keep records.

  • Coordinating meetings and events.

  • Assist with the preparation of payment vouchers.

  • Issue invoices to customers.

  • Assist with insurance renewal processes for the company.

  • Update leave status for employees and maintain accurate records.

  • Collecting and segregating mails daily.

  • Mail out cheques and dropping off cheques at quick cheque deposit box.

  • Respond to phone calls professionally and courteously.

  • Prepare outgoing correspondence and coordinate courier services as needed.

  • Perform general photocopying and scanning of documents as required.

 

Who We Are Looking For?

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

  • No minimum experience required; training will be provided.

Remuneration Package​

  • $1,700 - $2,500 a month - Permanent, Full-time
